As the resident numbers and corporate rules guy it is my role to make sure that all the numbers make sense and are presented in a matter that meets reporting standards. Further I try to explain what the numbers could mean. From a rules perspective I trey to make sure the board follow the rules governing companies and know their rights and obligations under those rules.
